Before working with the Integrated Parts Accessories Catalogue for the first time, please check the flatrate units and their prices in 'Admin – Branch – Work'. As long as these values are not set to the values for your company, the system cannot provide exact pricing information. Parts prices are determined via the interface to the dealer system; if it has not been installed, the price file must be loaded using the ETK admin tool. If you do not have administrative rights to correct the values, please contact your ETK administrator.
