The purpose of collecting personal infor- mation is to provide you with higher qua- lity products and/or services, and to en- sure that we comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other normative documen- ts. We list the core functions of our products and/or services, along with the personal information required for these functions. We adhere to the principle of minimal necessity and fully respect your right to make autonomous choices. For some additional features, you have the option to choose whether to use and provide the

1. Account registration and login

You need to register a Xiaomiaccount to log in to this product and/or service. Please read the "Xiaomi Account Privacy Policy"

login function. https://privacy.mi.com/mi- account/zh_CN/. At the same time, during your use of the Xiaomi account to log in to this platform, we will collect your Xiaomi account, phone number, nickname, and prof- ile picture to associate your Xiaomi acco- unt with your operations on this platform, providing you with account login services and ensuring account security

If you do not provide the above informa- tion, we will not be able to provide you with the service of logging in to this platform.

When you log in to the Xiaomi Phone-Wallet App, we will collect your Xiaomi account, real-name information, and transaction re- cords (if any) and synchronize them with the Tianxing Finance App and the SuiXingJie App operated by Tianxing Digital Technolo- gy. When you log in to these apps, the above information will be synchronized. Both of these apps are operated by Tianxing Digital Technology, and the personal info- rmation you authorize has not changed its receiving entity.

2. App unlock verification

During your use of the App, to ensure the security of your account and funds, you can choose to add an unlock verification func- tion, which will verify your identity; To make it safer and more convenient for you to use the unlock service, if both your device and App version support fingerprint or Face ID functionality, you can opt to

use fingerprint or Face ID for unlocking. You need to enter your fingerprint inform- ation or Face ID information on your devi- ce. When you perform a fingerprint or Face ID unlock, you must complete the informat- ion verification on your device. We only receive the verification results and do not collect your fingerprint or Face ID infor- mation. If you do not need to use fingerp- rint or Face ID for unlocking, you can also choose static passwords, gesture passwords, or other methods.

3. Real-name management shall be carried out in accordance with laws, regulations and regulatory provisions

When using the loan services and payment services provided within this product, to comply with investor suitability managem- ent and fulfill regulatory anti-money la- undering requirements, you need to provide your name and the number of your valid identification document. In specific cir- cumstances as stipulated by laws, regula- tions, and supervisory authorities, you must also supplementally provide your id- entity information (gender, contact deta- ils, occupation, nationality, type of va- lid identification document, validity pe- riod, place of usual residence/unit addr- ess) and upload photos or copies of your identification documents for us to verify and retain. If you have completed real- name verification through a linked bank card, you will also need to provide the bank card information (card number, ID number, name, mobile phone number regist- ered with the bank). If you further conf- irm the accuracy of the provided informa- tion through facial recognition, you will need to provide a facial image/video. To

verify the accuracy and completeness of such information, we will transmit your provided information to third-party inst- itutions that legally hold your informat- ion (such as government agencies, public institutions, commercial banks, legally established commercial databases, etc.) for verification. We will audit the leg i- timacy of the sources of information pro- vided by these verification institutions. If you fail to provide the aforementioned information, meaning you have not comp le- ted real-name verification, we will be unable to offer you the relevant business services on this platform that require real-name processing (such as loan servi- ces, payment services).

4. Hardware support services

If you purchase hardware assurance serv- ice, we will obtain your device informa- tion (IMEI or SN).

5. Loan Servicer

If you use the loan-related services in this product, in addition to the basic information mentioned in parts 1 and 2 above, the following functions will also collect the following information:

5.1 To accurately assess your repayment capability, we need to collect various types of information about you to help us evaluate your current creditworthiness. For this purpose, we will gather the information you voluntarily provide, inc- luding the aforementioned real-name veri- fication details such as name, ID number, phone number, industry and occupation in- formation, as well as bank card numbers, front and back photos of your ID, and contact information (contact information is only used when you fail to repay on time and we cannot reach you directly, in which case we will contact the provided contacts to obtain your contact details). We will also collect facial information and a list of installed applications. This information will be used to review your credit eligibility, credit status, and

repayment ability.

If you wish to obtain credit services for small and micro enterprises, you need to provide the name of your enterprise, un- ified social credit code and annual inc- ome of your enterprise. The above infor- mation will be used to review your credit qualification, credit status and solven- cy.

At the same time, we may obtain your information from companies that legally hold your personal information (including Xiaomi affiliates) to achieve the purpose of this service on the premise of obtain- ing your authorization. If you do not agree with us obtaining your information from companies that legally hold your personal information, we will be unable to provide you with credit services.

5.2 In order to ensure the security of your account and funds, you need to set or verify the payment password in the card binding process; In order to notify you of credit approval, loan issuance or repayment reminder, overdue notification, we will collect your mobile phone number and send SMS.

5.3 In order to ensure your safe use of our products and services, according to the product process setting, in addition to adding bank card, we may also need you to submit photos of both sides of your ID card, complete face recognition, and fill in contact information.

5.4 In order to provide you with credit services, we need to collect your applica- tion list information for risk control and anti-fraud review.

If you do not provide the above informa- tion, we will not be able to evaluate you and decide whether to provide you with the services you need.

6. Make payment and repayment

When you use this platform for payments,

repayments, and authorizing automatic de- ductions, you need to provide the cardho- lder's name, bank card number, mobile phone number registered with the bank, and the cardholder's ID number. We will share your information with our partner commer- cial banks, clearing organizations, and third-party payment service providers, including the issuing bank of your elect- ronic account, China UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Xiaomi Pay. If you refuse to provide this information, we may be unable to offer you services for making payments, repayments, and authorizing de- ductions. To protect your rights, please carefully consider when using these paym- ent services

Read the privacy policy or terms of reference of the relevant payment ser- vice provider carefully.

When you use this platform for payments, repayments, and authorizing automatic deductions, to ensure the security of your account and funds, we need to verify your identity. To make your payment ser- vices safer and more convenient, if both your device and App version support fin- gerprint functionality, you can choose to use fingerprint payment. You need to en- ter your fingerprint information on your device. When performing a fingerprint payment, you must complete the informat- ion verification on your device. We only accept the verification results and do not collect your fingerprint information. If you do not wish to use fingerprint verification, you can still complete the payment using a static password.

When you use Xiaomi Pay service functions, including Quick Pay, Balance Pay, Transfer, and Payment Discounts, we will use your name, nationality, gender, occupation, ad-

dress, contact information, MAC address, type of ID document, number, and validity period, Xiaomi account, bank where the account is opened, bank card number, rese- rved mobile phone number, bank card valid- ity period, order information, transaction records, and transfer records to provide you with payment services. If you do not provide the above information, we will be unable to offer the relevant payment serv- ices or functions. 7. Smart card related services

(1) Mi Pay Payment

You can add debit and credit cards to "Mi Pay" for secure and convenient contactl- ess payments.

a) When you add a bank card, you need to provide the following information: bank card details (for debit cards: card numb- er, reserved mobile phone number, SMS verification code, transaction password; for credit cards: card number, reserved mobile phone number, card validity period, card security code, SMS verification code), device information (such as device model and system version), and ID inform- ation (name, ID number). The above infor- mation will be encrypted and sent to the issuing institution or its authorized se- rvice provider. Additionally, you need to provide SIM card information (such as the number of SIM cards and the phone number associated with the SIM card). We will compare your SIM card phone number with the reserved mobile phone number and send the comparison results to China UnionPay

Co., Ltd. for risk assessment. They will generate a unique device card number (To- ken card number) for the bank card you add, which will be used to verify your identity and enable Mi Pay or in-app payment functions on the added bank card. For bank card information, Xiaomi only stores the first three and last four digits of the card number, your device card number (Token card number), and ass- ociates your device card number with your Xiaomi account. This allows you to disti- nguish between cards in Mi Pay and manage your Mi Pay payments and card information across other devices with the same accou- nt.

b)When you use Mi Pay to pay, Mi Pay needs to enable the NFC (Near Field Communicati- on) function to ensure normal business operations. The device card number (Token card number) corresponding to your bank card will be provided by this platform to China UnionPay Co., Ltd., but neither we nor your device will send the actual bank card number used for payment to China UnionPay Co., Ltd.

c)When you use Mi Pay Pay, we will invoke the "UnionPay Trusted Service Security Component Xiaomi Version" provided by Ch- ina UnionPay Co., Ltd., to verify your identity and complete the transaction. After you finish using Mi Pay Pay, your transaction record information will be encrypted by China UnionPay Co., Ltd. and then transmitted to us. We cannot read this information; it will be decrypted on your device and displayed to you.

(2) transportation card

You can open the traffic card of your city in the Mi Phone Wallet App to experience more convenient bus rides, and you can

also check the balance of the traffic card you have opened and recharge it.

When you activate your transportation card, we need to collect and transmit your Xiaomi account and device information (the model of the mobile phone used for activ- ating the transportation card) to the corresponding transportation card company and its agents, so they can activate the service on your device; when you ride, we will collect your riding time, riding location (the location information where the transportation card was swiped), tra- nsportation card information (type of tr- ansportation card, card number, balance), and transaction information (transactions activated by the transportation card

Record, traffic card recharge transaction record, traffic card swiping consumption transaction record); if you set the aut- omatic recharge function of the traffic card, we will collect the automatic rec- harge card, rules, amount and payment method (bank name and the last 4 digits of the bank card number) that you set.

(3) Door Card · Key "Door Card · Key" uses Near Field Communication (NFC) techn- ology to simulate adding physical door cards and car keys used for access to residential areas, companies, or homes to the Xiaomi Phone Wallet App, enabling you to unlock doors with your phone. When you add a "Door Card · Key," we need to collect the UID of your physical door card or car key, the simulation time, and device information (including your device model, device identifier Vaid, and the Secure Element (CPLC)). We will perform irrevers- ible encryption on the UID of your physical door card or car key. After addition, the "Door Card · Key" is associated with your Xiaomi account, allowing you to manage the

card on other devices under the same acco- unt.

8. Services related to the change card

"Zero Balance Card" is a product and service we have launched in collaboration with commercial banks, based on personal electronic bank accounts. It offers you a quick and secure payment method, including top-ups, withdrawals, consumption, or fi- nancial services such as subscribing to demand deposit wealth management products and purchasing money market funds. When you activate the "Zero Balance Card," you need to provide the bank with your name and valid identification information (ID number, occupation, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, address, issuing authority, and validity period

As well as the front and back photos of your ID card), mobile phone number, and bound account card number; after successful card opening, we will collect and record your "Zero Balance Card" card number and associate it with your Xiaomi account for management in the Wallet App; we will obtain from the bank information on your personal account assets and earnings rela- ted to this card, including recharge and withdrawal records, which we use to display card information. If you do not agree to our use of the aforementioned information, we may be unable to provide you with the relevant services under this feature, but this will not affect your ability to use other services provided by us.

9. Credit card related services

We provide you with various credit card application entry points. To offer you online credit card application services, we need to collect your name, ID number, phone number, and the expiration date of your ID for real-name identity verificat- ion. You will need to provide email,

current address, education level, marital status, property type, company name, add- ress, phone number, company nature, indu- stry category, job level, annual income, years of service, contact person's name, and phone number information (specific details subject to the issuing bank) to achieve the purpose of credit card quali- fication approval. If you do not agree to our use of your aforementioned informati- on, we may be unable to provide you with related services under this feature, but it will not affect your use of other services provided by us.

10Explore card related services

Explore Card is a digital credit card product jointly launched by us and comm- ercial banks. This product provides you with related services such as applicati- on, approval, activation, card binding, card management, bill inquiry, credit limit inquiry and transaction details.

To provide you with online credit card application services, we need to collect your name, phone number, ID number, and the expiration date of your ID for real- name identity verification. You will need to provide your email address, current residence address, educational level, pe- rsonal income, marital status, property type, company name, address, position he- ld, company phone number, contact person's name, relationship to the contact person, and contact person's phone number (speci- fic information subject to the issuing bank) as required by the bank to achieve the purpose of credit card qualification review. If you do not agree to our use of the aforementioned information, we may be unable to provide you with the relevant

services under this feature, but it will not affect your use of other services provided by us.

11.Special offer zone and external rights activities

When you participate in activities or place an order in the "Welfare Zone," we need to collect your Xiaomi account, na- me, ID number, phone number, and delivery address. All of this information forms your order details. We will use your order information for identity verifica- tion, transaction confirmation, payment settlement, delivery completion, indivi- dual income tax declaration, order inqu- iry, and customer service support. We also use your order information to detect any anomalies in your transactions to protect your transaction security.

When you participate in external benefit activities we collaborate on, under cer- tain cooperation models, we need to tra- nsmit your bound phone number or the ph- one number you provide for receiving ex- ternal benefits to the external benefit provider, so that you can claim these benefits. If you do not agree to us using your aforementioned information, you will not be able to claim external benefits, but this does not affect your use of other services provided by us.

12.Life convenience related services

We have access to a variety of third- party services for daily life, and you can choose to use the corresponding pro- ducts or services in the Wallet App's daily life convenience service section.

When you use the "Mobile Recharge" servi- ce, we will collect your recharge phone number, recharge time, and recharge amou- nt; when you use the "Public Payment" service, we will provide the account num- ber, name, and address of your payment bill, as well as the payment amount, to

the corresponding public utility or serv- ice provider for the purpose of payment and bill inquiry; we will also collect your payment bill account balance and payment records for information display.

When you use the "Electronic Wallet" se- rvice, we will collect your ID photos for document management and provide them to third parties with your consent. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to offer you the relevant services under this feature, but it will not affect your use of other services provided by us.

When you use the "Discounted Fuel" servi- ce, we will collect your location and provide it to third parties for fuel station recommendations with your conse- nt. If you do not provide this informat- ion, you may not be able to use the service normally, but it will not affect your use of other services provided by us. Additionally, after you use the "Di- scounted Fuel" service, we will provide the last four digits of your phone number to third parties to help them accurately match your fuel orders and after-sales services.

When you use the "Movie Assistant" servi- ce, we will collect your order information (movie title, viewing time, viewing loca- tion, screening, seat number, ticket red- emp tion QR code) from third parties with your consent, to display movie viewing information to you. At the same time, we will provide your Xiaomi account and the latitude and longitude of your viewing location to the MiAI engine. If you have authorized the MiAI engine to collect your

real-time location, it will match your real-time location with your viewing loc- ation and promptly open the interface for displaying movie viewing information thr- ough Xiaoi Suggestions, making it more convenient for you to use the Movie Assi- stant service. If you do not agree to us collecting or providing the above inform- ation to third parties, you may not be able to use this service normally, but it will not affect your use of other services provided by us.

You can access third-party websites to purchase products or services through the relevant third-party products or services provided on this platform. Such third- party products and services include: vi- deo membership recharge, takeout, movies, tickets, etc. You understand that such services are provided by our third part- ies

The cooperating institution provides it directly to you. We will take necessary measures to review relevant websites in accordance with legal requirements (incl- uding reviewing the basic qualifications of website operators, reasonably and pre- liminarily identifying the security status of related websites through technical me- ans, and urging such website operators to protect your personal information accord- ing to the law). Given that the protective measures of the operators of these linked websites are independently implemented and maintained, we recommend that you carefu- lly read their privacy policies or service agreements to understand how they collect, store, and process your information.

13. Functions necessary for transaction security and anti-fraud

In order to ensure the security of your system when using our products and/or se- rvices, more accurately prevent financial fraud and protect account security, we may learn about your network information, de- vice information (such as IMEI (Android Q

below version) /

OAID (Android Q and above), /IDFA (only iOS devices collect), IDFV (only iOS devices collect), bssid, ssid, MAC address, local IP address and bootTime to determine whet- her the current operating environment is safe and ensure that you are performing the operation.

14. Functions related to equity rights

In order to provide you with the points rights function, this function will col- lect points information, transaction re- cords and exchange records, so as to realize the function of checking points information/exchange records and exchan- g ing goods for you.

15. Provide customer service and compl- aint handling

To provide you with customer service, respond to your rights requests and comp- laint requests, we will collect informat- ion that you voluntarily submit. At the same time, our customer service staff will gather necessary identity information to verify your identity. Depending on the specific rights you request, this may include your Xiaomi account, name, phone number, ID number, email, and any images you have uploaded voluntarily. When you need us to provide customer service or after-sales support related to your tran- saction information, we will check your transaction details. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, it will not affect your use of other services provided by us.

In order to protect your and others' legitimate rights and interests, if you are complained by others or complain about others, we will provide your name and valid id number, contact information and

relevant complaint content to the consumer protection department and regulatory aut- horities according to applicable laws and regulations, so as to resolve complaints and disputes in a timely manner, except where it is explicitly prohibited by laws and regulations.

Permission to read phone status (An- droid version): When you open the Wallet App, we will ask you to obtain this permission in order to normally identify your device identification information, device status information and device en- vironment information, so as to complete security risk control, user statistics and service push.

2. Get the permission to access the list of mobile phone accounts (version Android 6.0-8.0 and on Xiaomi operating system): Used to get the list of mobile phone accounts for quick login.

3. Read and Write External Storage Space (Android Version): When you use Scan, Avatar Settings, User Feedback, Image Recognition, download files to the local device, or open local files, you can use or save images, videos, or files by ena- bling storage permissions. If you do not enable this permission, we will not be

able to provide you with functions rela- ted to reading or caching from the stor- age card, but it will not affect your use of other services.

4. Read and Write Calendar Permissions (Android Version): When you use the loan service, you can conveniently manage your repayment schedule, set repayment remin- ders, and activity subscription alerts by enabling calendar permissions. If you do not enable this permission, we will not be able to provide you with calendar management functions, but it will not affect your use of other services.

5. Microphone Permission (Android Vers- ion): When you use the smart customer service voice input, you can enable the microphone permission by clicking the voice button to record your voice for quick and convenient input; when you ha- ndle account opening procedures, accord- ing to regulatory requirements, you need to enable the microphone permission to record your voice for identity verifica- tion and video witnessing processes.
